very positive experience with staff assisting me change my monthly subscription plan and walk me through how to do so on the web portal. Very appreciative since I am a new user.

"So Far OK"
I would like to see the same pricing for Canada as the US and Europe. The first month use, I had a number of times, it would not connect to the network even though I had Cell service on my phone. Changed location and tried again and it worked, so not super reliable. It is obviously using a different provider than my phone. Mobile use in the car was intermittent. I haven't used it a lot, just 1 month data. Will hopefully use it more when we can travel again.
