I’ve used Skyroam on a few trips now, and it worked in almost every country I visited. Nice. There were a couple of spots where the speed dipped a bit, but for staying connected while moving around, it was really useful. Convenient

I wasn’t sure at first if I was explaining the issue clearly, but support figured it out quickly and were really nice about it. i thought it might take longer, so I was relieved.

I rented a skyroam for my trip, sending it back was straightforward. The return label was easy to understand, and once I got home, I just dropped it off. What more can you really ask for with a return, right?
The only thing was that it took a few days before it showed up as received, so I did start wondering if everything was okay. I reached out to customer support, though, and they got back to me and helped sort out the refund/deposit part. The timing could’ve been a little better, but in the end, it wasn’t a big deal

I’ve always been loyal to another provider, so I wasn’t sure I’d actually switch, but these plans were easy to change around for my trips. It made things simple when my travel plans shifted, and the options were good enough that I’m considering using them again.

Got it up and running in just a few minutes. Simple process overall.

I picked up Skyroam mostly because I was tired of messing with sim cards every time I went somewhere. I just wanted something easy I could turn on and use without thinking too much.
It’s small enough to toss in my backpack or even stick in a jacket pocket, so I barely noticed I was carrying it around. I used it at the airport, in the hotel, and while walking around town, and it was hassle free.
The battery held up fine for my day out too, which was a nice suprise. it’s just nice having a simple little device instead of hunting for random public wifi everywhere.

I used skyroam during a weekend trip, and the battery lasted better than I thought it would. I had it on for maps, messages, and some light browsing throughout the day, and it got me through most of what I needed without any stress.
I’m giving it 4 stars because on heavier-use days, I still needed to charge it by the evening. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, but I’d definitely recommend keeping a charger handy if you’re going to be out all day.

I used it for my trip and the final charge did match what I expected, so there weren’t any weird extra fees. That said, the way some of the pricing was shown made me feel a little misled at first, like I was waiting for some surprise charge to pop up. Thankfully it didn’t, so overall I’m happy, just wish it had been clearer upfront.

I used the Skyroam app on my last trip, and it was simple enough to get the hang of without much effort. The setup only took a few minutes, and from the way everything was laid out, I kind of assumed right away that checking my data and device status wouldn’t be a hassle, which ended up being true.

I liked that the buttons were clear and I didn’t have to poke around forever trying to understand what to do. The app isn’t the prettiest thing ever, but the tone of the design felt straightforward, like it was meant to just get you connected and out the door, and for what I needed, it worked fine.

I ordered my Skyroam it arrived faster than I thought it would. The tracking updated like it should, and the box showed up in good shape. I’ve had deliveries before where little preventable issues made things annoying, but this one was smooth from start to finish. No complaints at all.

This worked with all of our phones without any hassle. It connected to every device just fine, which was a relief because setting some of these things up can be ridiculous...

The speed was solid for what I needed. I used it for maps and calls the whole time—well, not the whole time, but whenever I needed it, and it worked without any issues.

I used Skyroam on a recent trip and it worked well most of the time. The connection did drop a few times though, especially when I was on trains or outside the city. It wasn't awful — well, not awful, just not as reliable as I hoped when I really needed it. I'd say 3 stars feels about right.

I thought the price was really fair for the trip. I’m usually careful about spending money on travel stuff because you never know if it’ll actually be worth it, but this felt like a solid deal and I was happy with what I got...

I did eventually get my refund, so everything worked out in the end. That said, it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up with support a couple of times to get things moving. Not a terrible experience overall, just a bit slower than I would’ve liked.
